Manipura, or Solar Plexus Chakra, is the third layer of our identity and is centred on our will and actions. Manipura relates to personal power, self-esteem and energy and is also related to the metabolic and digestive system.

A healthy balance in the Manipura Chakra is apparent in the form of motivation, purpose and confidence.
